Business hours are Monday-Friday from 9a to 6pm EST. My primary method of contact is by email: kcarver@kendraandcotravel.com and you will always receive a response within 24-48 hours. Phone consultations and contact on the weekend will be by appointment only and can be made with the appointment calendar. **When it’s time for you to embark on your vacation, I will be available to you during travel and in-destination at any time by phone, text, facetime, or your preferred contact method, throughout the start and for the duration of your trip.**

Yes, based off clients wishes and after vacation is deposited and confirmed. Payments are flexible and we can come up with a plan that is best suited to you and your needs. Payment plans are not required but are an option to keep you on track for paying for your vacation. **The booking retainer is not eligible to be applied towards a payment plan and is required post consultation.**

All specials, unless otherwise stated, will run for the specific amount days from the initial posted date. Bookings must be made by 8pm EST on the last day in order to be eligible. This also includes the booking deadlines. Bookings must be confirmed by 8pm EST on their respective 21 and 30 day deadlines in order to be eligible for retainer to apply to your deposit. So long as your confirmation (via email only) is received by 8pm EST, your retainer will apply to your deposit. ***Please note that all prices, including room availability, are subject to change at any time without notice until a deposit is placed***

Did you miss the 21-day deadline? Don’t worry! You are still eligible to have 50% of your retainer applied towards your deposit, so long as you confirm your booking within 30 days of your complimentary consultation. This applies to standard travel and group travel. During this time, you are still eligible for unlimited proposals and revisions regarding the details of your trip. For destination weddings and vow renewals, you have 30 days to confirm a booking. **After the 30-day deadline, should you still wish to secure your trip, another booking retainer will be required. You will receive another consultation and within three days, a new set of proposals. The same 21 and 30 day deadlines will apply post receiving your new set of initial proposals.**

I get to work! Within three days of your complimentary consultation, you will receive a set of 3-6 proposals via email that work within your budget. If you decide that you want to make any changes or want to explore other options regarding your trip, you are able to do so. Up to 30 days after receiving your initial set of proposals, one revision is complimentary of Kendra and Company. If you need any additional revisions beyond the complimentary revision, a $50 fee will be necessary, per revision.  Want to change your destination? Expand your budget? Add an excursion? Or simply just curious about some other revision? You can do all this and more and I will continue to work until we design the ultimate vacation experience that you’re looking for.

First, the process is started by completing the fillable web form that you can find right here on kendraandcotravel.com. Once that is completed, within 48 hours you will receive a response via email, and we can decide how you’d like to proceed with your complimentary consultation. For your consultation, we can communicate via email, over the phone, or face to face. Whichever method works best for you! After your consultation and once your retainer and retainer agreement is received, you will receive a set of 3 to 6  proposals within 3-5 days. If none of these work for you, one revision is complimentary of Kendra and Company. Any additional revisions beyond the complimentary revision will incur a fee of $50 per revision. You can request as many proposals as you like until you find something that you’re completely satisfied with.

Consultations regarding planning a trip is always complimentary. After your initial consultation there is a required booking retainer of  either $150, $200. or $350. This retainer is non-refundable and reserves my services for up to 30 days after you receive your proposals. This is required in order to unlock your initial set of proposals for your trip, which you will receive within three days of your retainer being received. However, this is an investment, as 100% of your retainer is applied towards your vacation deposit so long as you confirm your booking within the 21 day or 30 day deadline of you receiving your proposals. During this time, you are always welcome to request additional proposals and revisions regarding the details of your vacation. There is a fee of $50 per revision.
