The first step in embarking on your momentous vacation starts with completing our online registration form. This provides me with a baseline so I can understand your vision for your vacation and begin to craft your customized proposals. This will allow me to help bring your vacation experience to life.

Once the registration form is completed, you’ll receive a response via email within 24-48 hours. This is also where you can choose the method for your complimentary consultation. I am able to conduct your consultation via email, phone, video chat, or in person. We can discuss which option best suits you and your needs. As discussed in your complimentary consultation, there will be a required non-refundable booking retainer, in order to proceed with the design process. For standard travel, the retainer is $150. For group travel, with 10 or more members, the retainer is $200. For Disney & Universal travel, the retainer is $200. For destination weddings & vow renewals, regardless of size, the retainer is $350. Find payment page here.

For all travel, including destination weddings and vow renewals,  you will have 30 days, after receiving your initial set of proposals, to confirm a booking in order to have 100% of your retainer applied towards your deposit. If you miss the 30-day deadline, an additional retainer will be required in order to continue with the vacation planning process.

The retainer will be applied to your deposit once your trip is booked and confirmed within the 30 day deadlines. There may be additional funds required to fulfill the deposit requirement. After your complimentary consultation and the retainer along with the signed retainer agreement has been received, we can now fully begin the vacation design process. Within 3-5 days of submitting your retainer, you will receive a set of 3-6 proposals via email that outline our discussed details of your vacation.

After you have received your initial set of proposals, you are allowed one revision, complimentary of Kendra and Company to see additional options. If you find that you need more than one revision, additional revisions can be purchased. See our “A-La-Carte” services page for pricing.

If one of the options presented in the initial proposal package or the revised proposal package satisfies you, then we can move on to Step Five. If you are not satisfied and would like to make changes to the details of your vacation, you can do so as many times as you want until we find a proposal that works for you.

Once your vacation is booked and confirmed, I’ll take care of the rest! Between now and the time of your departure, you’ll be receiving several emails from me that will have updated information to prepare you for your vacation. I will send you a “Welcome Packet” for you to review which will outline all the pertinent details regarding your vacation, such as: name spellings, DOBs, flight information, resort location, room categories, and more will be thoroughly laid out within this packet and I will make sure to confirm with you all the information is correct. You will also receive information regarding your selected payment plan, if applicable, travel tips, and insurance information if you have opted for it. After this, all that’s left is to countdown the days until you leave for your vacation!

Once you’re ready to embark on your vacation, the very last and most important step is to pack your bags, go on your vacation, and enjoy yourself! But before you depart, we can meet for coffee (on me) and go over your travel documents and itinerary together, in case you have any last minute questions.

During your vacation, I will be available to you while you’re in destination and throughout the duration of your travel, 24/7 and I will check on your periodically to make sure that your vacation is going smoothly. You will have full and complete access to me. Don’t forget to send me a couple pictures of you having the time of your life!
