As discussed in your complimentary consultation, there will be a required non-refundable booking retainer, in order to proceed with the design process. For standard travel, the retainer is $150. For group travel, with 10 or more members, the retainer is $200. For Disney & Universal travel, the retainer is $200. For all travel, including destination weddings and vow renewals, you will have 30 days, after receiving your initial set of proposals, to confirm a booking in order to have 100% of your retainer applied towards your deposit. If you miss the 30-day deadline, an additional retainer will be required in order to continue with the vacation planning process.
The retainer will be applied to your deposit once your trip is booked and confirmed within the 30 day deadlines. There may be additional funds required to fulfill the deposit requirement.
